With space for up to 280 guests, our large hall combines stylish elegance with modern comfort. Celebrate your wedding in our banquet hall for up to 200 people. A beautiful wedding location near Oldenburg. However, due to the flexibility of the space and the furniture and design elements, our banquet hall offers ideal conditions for a stylish celebration even with a smaller number of people. In the “Small Hall” with garden terrace and idyllic summer garden, up to 50 people have room to celebrate, dance and linger…. Enjoy your festive day to the fullest.

Celebrate wedding with overnight stay & breakfast

Our 18 cozy hotel rooms with balcony or terrace are available to you and your guests so that you can enjoy a relaxing end to your wedding day. You can reserve a contingent in advance so that your guests can book these rooms accordingly. The next morning, you and your guests can review the special day over a sumptuous breakfast buffet – the ideal end to your wedding celebration in Oldenburg.

Wedding lump sum / individual billing

All the elements listed can be combined into one lump sum.

For green and also silver weddings, where there is extensive partying, this option simply lends itself, as you know exactly what to expect beforehand. Another option for hosting your wedding reception is individual billing. In this case, all individual elements (champagne reception, wedding dinner or buffet, midnight buffet, drinks, etc.) will be charged individually according to consumption.

Champagne reception

The champagne reception will be served at bar tables in the banquet hall. When the weather is nice, we are also happy to serve your guests a champagne reception in the adjacent garden area.

You have the choice between:

  • Sparkling wine (Rotkäppchen dry, Jules Mumm dry)
  • Orange juice
  • Aperol spritz
  • Pony beer (small, very original beer glasses)
  • Hugo (sparkling wine with elderberry syrup and mint leaves)
  • Sparkling wine with Andalö (sea buckthorn liqueur)
  • Reception cocktail as desired
  • Iced coffee with vanilla ice cream scoop

Choose a color as well as the type of flowers and we will take care of it. You express your wishes – we decorate your wedding premises.

A brand new decorative feature is our cream and white chair covers, which give the hall a very elegant and very festive look.

You would like to serve a champagne reception with canapés at the registry office? We will be happy to provide you with a small snack for the champagne reception. After the registry office we are happy to arrange coffee & cake buffet for your wedding party. You choose your favorite cakes from our diverse selection of cakes and enjoy the peace and quiet after the tension in the registry office. You are also welcome to enjoy the cake buffet in our beer garden in sunny weather.

Your individual wedding requests

Wines

Together with you, the wines for your wedding party will be individually selected from our assortment to match the menu.

Here, our focus is on quality wines from German wineries in the regions of Rheinhessen, Baden, Pfalz and Württemberg. But of course we also offer selected international wines e.g. from Italy or South Africa.

Do you have a favorite wine or special requests?

In cooperation with our wine merchant we try to make this possible, of course. Whether white wine, rosè or red wine – we certainly have the right wine for you and your guests. For every taste, from the range of flavors from sweet to dry, you can choose the wines that harmonize with your menu.

We are happy to advise you on the selection and composition of your individual wines. Please be sure to make an appointment with us for a personal consultation so that we can spend enough time with you.

Drinks package

All drinks are served to your guests both at the table and at the counter all evening until early in the morning. Our service staff will be happy to take your requests according to the bride and groom’s specifications.

Both non-alcoholic beverages such as (Vilsa water, Fachingen still water, Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite, orange juice, Bitter Lemon, Erdinger non-alcoholic, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, Becks non-alcoholic, Jever Fun, Vilsa apple spritzer, Klindworth apple juice, currant juice).

Also alcoholic beverages such as Haake Beck Pils, Haake Beck Kräusen, Erdinger wheat beer, Staropramen Pils, Berentzen Korn, – Plum,- Waldmeister, -Hofkirsche, -Waldfrucht, Heydt Sauer Power, -Green Power, – Black Power, – Lady Power,- Stone Fruit, Mackenstedter Blueberry, – Strawberry, – Woodruff, -Maracuja, – Cherry, Vodka Yeltsin, Springer Urvater, Bacardi, Havana Club, Jägermeister and Sparkling Wine.
